Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact—just as we carefully prepared them for you.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our Beauty Concierge will email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include:

  • The original packing slip or invoice
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Details

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our beauty community, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened cosmetics (including all makeup products like BB & CC Creams, Blush, Concealer, etc.)
  • Used skincare (Eye Makeup Remover, Body Lotions, etc.)
  • Personal care items where the seal has been broken
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
