We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Our Return Promise

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package must include:
- Original packing slip or invoice
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return

- 5-10 business days for refund processing
Refund Details

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards for our beauty community, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened cosmetics (BB & CC Creams, Blush, Concealer, Contouring products, etc.)
- Used skincare (Eye Makeup Remover, Body Lotions, Body Mist & Hair Mist, etc.)
- Personal care items with broken seals
- Final sale items (marked in product descriptions)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
