Note: We do not ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Original packing slip or invoice must be included

• Opened cosmetics (BB & CC Creams, Blush, Concealer, etc.)
• Used skincare products
• Personal care items with broken seals

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
